If you're using our service via your real estate agent, you are already giving them most of the information we need to connect your services on your behalf, so it's simply a matter of giving them the authority - they'll send your details through to us. If you're using our service direct, you simply need to download the utilities connection form, print it out, and fax the completed form back to us.
